It's June! Summer has begun, time to pull out those tank tops and sundresses. This month, we will focus on moves for nice shapely shoulders.
1. Exercise can be performed sitting or standing.
2. Place dumbbells over your shoulders
3. Press dumbbells overhead.
4. Lower to starting position, keeping upper arm parallel to the floor
2-3 sets, 8-12 reps
