Fitness Friday

Here is an exercise to work your medial deltoids (middle muscle of your shoulder)
Lateral shoulder raise:

1. Stand with feet hip width apart, dumbbells by your side

2. Raise the dumbbells out to your side, lift no higher than shoulder height

3. Slowly return to your sides

8-12 reps, 2-3 sets
